二、申请人的资格要求

2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers

地点：**区张江镇环科路515号1号楼511室，同时递交备用纸质磋商响应文件。届时请供应商代表持磋商时所使用的数字证书（CA证书）和可以无线上网的笔记本电脑参加磋商文件开启。

Place: Room 511, Building 1, No. 515, Huanke Road, Zhangjiang Town, Pudong New Area, and submit the backup paper consultation response document at the same time.
